I am a passionate design director with a strategic mindset, standing at the intersection of digital and customer experience.

I’ve been fortunate to work on everything from campaigns, e-commerce, AI, AR, voice, in-store, social media, apps, retail,… for a wide variety of incredible brands such as Nike, Volkswagen, LVMH, Saint Laurent, Hermès, Chanel, Cartier in Europe, the US, Japan and China.

Now happily based in Stockholm.

I was asked to consult for H&M at this key moment in its history. Where it needs to reconnect with new generations, redefine its positioning within Fashion, and address its social and environmental responsibilities while improving revenues.

I was involved in several workstreams; such as KEY CITIES, PRICE PERCEPTION, SUSTAINABILITY and of course the GROUP METAVERSE BRAINTRUST.

When my old boss from Razorfish, Matthieu de Lesseux, asked me to work with him to build the new TRIBAL I said yes right away. DDBs new offering, TRIBAL, is positioned as a Start-Up For Hire for brands. Built around a very entrepreneurial mindset our goal is to help brands leverage digital, user experience and data to find new services or new business models.
We took the digital dept of DDB and turned it into an agency, culminating in winning the biggest pitch of the year: Volkswagen new customer experience.

Jean Touitou, A.P.C’s founder, has been a mentor to me, to this day and over the 9 years I worked at A.P.C. He taught me a lot about what makes a brand strong, able to withstand the test of time, the fashion industry, and much more.As their only digital designer, I worked mainly on the sites many iterations and adaptations.

Working directly with the French, US and Japanese teams I also learned a lot about each market needs and specificities.

We came up with lots of ideas for functionalities, surprise and delight elements, etc,. but we learned to refrain ourselves from implementing them to stay true to A.P.C. minimalist philosophy. Knowing what NOT to do is valuable skill the collaboration taught me.

L’Exception is a French Fashion and luxury select shop I co-founded because nothing teaches you more about e-commerce than actually launching and running an e-commerce store with your own funds.

It Received the FEVAD Award for its business performance and the Grand Prix Strategies du Luxe for its customer experience.

It is still up and running and now includes a few physical retail stores too.
